5. If I bought the course, can my family use it as well?

Yes, when you buy a course you are granted a personal licence so any of your immediate family members in the same household can also use it. Please remember you cannot share your login with your friends or anyone else as this infringes on the terms and conditions which you must agree to before purchasing a subscription.

6. What browser do I need to view the website?

Our site is best viewed on Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 7. However, there seems to be a problem when you use Opera to view our website. We recommend you view our website using Firefox 2 or later or Internet Explorer 7 or later at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768.

7. If the school is teaching different methods, won't this confuse my child?

No. However, since students who learn the Maths Maestro methods know that their methods is much more effective and faster than the conventional methods, they might raise a question to the teacher as to why the rest of the class are using the less effective ways! Some students, however, will feel that because of Maths Maestro special techniques they have done better at maths than their classmates, and so they might decide to keep quiet and not share their secrets with anyone!

8. My children's teachers demand students to show all their working for any calculations. If the calculations are different to how they were taught at school, how can they do this?

Students can give what their teachers want. If they decided to show their teachers the Maths Maestro methods, then that is their choice. Their teachers should be impressed that their students know quicker, better and more effective ways to calculate! Teachers are required to teach a set curriculum, but their methods of teaching might not be the best.
