CONTRACT INFORMATION

The following below are the steps you must follow in order to conclude a legally binding contract with us:

  1. Browse and read our information

    Information about our products and services including product description, applicable prices, subscription types and special offers, resides in the “Courses”, "Challenges", "Tricks" and "Quizzes" sections of our website. It is your responsibility to read this information carefully and raise any questions prior to your purchase. You will also be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Purchasing Policy and our Privacy Policy prior to your purchase. We reserve the right to correct any errors in the information without any liability to you. Under no circumstances will we be contractually bound to supply you with the service on the basis of any incorrect information, even if that information is repeated in your subscription.
  2. Purchase

    You must have a valid online account with Maths Maestro before any purchases can be made. It may be possible to subscribe to a course and create an online account at the same time. (a) Existing account: After a successfully authenticating on our secured “Login” area of the website, you can select the course(s) you wish to subscribe to or renew by checking the relevant boxes next to each course. If available, select your preferred payment method then click "Order". (b) New account: This is a similar process to (a) except that the account is created at the same time that subscriptions are ordered. Please select the courses you wish to subscribe to. If available select your preferred payment method and fill in the relevant details before clicking on “Continue”. You must agree to our terms and conditions and verify your email before you can proceed to pay for your subscription(s).
    If you are under 18 years of age, please ask your parent or guardian to subscribe on your behalf.
  3. Submit your purchase

    It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. If you are happy to proceed with your purchase please fill in and verify the correctness of the relevant input fields then click "Continue". Input errors can be corrected at any time up to the point at which you submit your purchase.
  4. Agree to our Terms and Conditions and policies.

    Read our our Terms and Conditions and policies. Agree to them by checking the "I Agree" box and click "Continue".
  5. Wait for verification

    Upon receipt of your order purchase we will send you an email verification message confirming your application for joining Maths Maestro. A verification email will then be sent to you when you have accepted our Terms and Conditions. Only if and when you receive verification and have paid for the purchase(s) will we have a binding contract between us. We are entitled to refuse your purchase request at our sole discretion when we consider it necessary.
  6. Access to your account

    You will be sent a written confirmation via email when payment has been received. The email will entail all the necessary information you will need to access your account and service except for your password. It is your responsiblity to ensure the safety of your own password.
  7. Our Contract

    The contract between us will consist of :
    1. Maths Maestro Purchasing Policy, Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
    2. Your purchase details including tax invoices for the payment of your Subscription fees.
    3. Our verification (“Contract”) and any additional legal terms or notices appearing on the Service or our website. We will not store the concluded Contract between us online, therefore we recommend that you print out and retain copies of each element of the Contract. All contracts and services are written in English only.
  8. Subscription Fees

    Subscription fees are set out clearly on our website under “Courses”, "Challenges", "Tricks" and "Quizzes" sections and in the "My Account" area after you login. The subscription fee is payable in advance and we reserve the right to vary the subscription fee at any time without prior notice. All transactions on www.mathsmaestro.com.au are handled in Australian dollars. Prices in other currencies are shown as a guide only. There might also be a slight variance between the reference price provided on our website and the actual amount charged to you by your bank. Your bank might have a different currency exchange rate (usually higher), and your credit card may incur surcharges for purchases made in other currencies.

    Online payment options are only available in Australian dollars (AUD). We do not accept any form of off-line payments except for direct deposit. Until the subscription fee has been paid in full, we shall be under no obligation to provide the service. If your credit card details change, you must contact us with your new card details; otherwise we may place your subscription on hold and suspend access to all services.

  9. Maths Maestro Account

    Once you have a registered online account with Maths Maestro, your account will remain active, unless you give notice of your intention to terminate it. We may also terminate any account that has been deemed inactive and unpaid at our sole discretion.
  10. Refund Policy / Contract Cancellation

    You are entitled to a full refund less merchant fees (such as PayPal fees) within seven days after your initial purchase as long as you have not accessed your course(s).
  11. Payment Methods

    Payment can be made securely online through PayPal. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by Paypal. If Paypal refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime. By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
  12. Warranties

    Maths Maestro will employ skills and care to ensure that users have access to their purchased service. Given the unpredictability of the technology and the online environment, interruptions, errors and omissions may occur and we do not give any other warranties in relation to the service. Maths Maestro makes no guarantee about the accuracy and completeness of the information available on this site. We make no warranties that the Service is free of infection by computer viruses or other harmful components. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, conditions and other terms which but for these terms and conditions might have effect in relation to the service.
  13. General Disclaimer and Limitation of liabilities

    1. This website is provided by Maths Maestro on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind.
    2. Maths Maestro does not warrant that access to or use of this website will be free of interruptions, errors, computer viruses and any other harmful components.
    3. Maths Maestro does not warrant anything about the reliability, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability, quality, physical state or for a particular purpose of any material on or accessible through the website.
    4. Maths Maestro may change any of the material on the website at any time without notice.
    5. You are responsible for assessing the accuracy, reliability, suitability and accuracy of the material on or accessible through our website.
    6. You accept all risks and responsibility for all loss, damage, costs and other consequences resulting from using our website or the material on or accessible through our website.
    7. Neither Maths Maestro nor any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or related bodies corporate shall be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, losses or damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, indirect, special, punitive or consequential losses or damages arising of the use or inability to use the material or information available on or accessible through our website. Maths Maestro makes no warranties or representations about this website or any of the content. We exclude, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability which may arise as a result of the use of this website, its content, services or the information on it. Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability incurred by us in relation to the use of this website or the content is limited as provided under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (s68A). In the case of services, it is at the option of Maths Maestro to supply the relevant part of Maths Maestro website again or pay the cost of having the part of Maths Maestro website supplied again.
