This is why every Maths Maestro's tricks module consists of a full explanation on how the trick works, the proof of where it comes from, examples of uses, limitations as well as the application techniques used to solve problems!

Our trick modules will stimulate your thinking and allow you to take what you are taught further to progress mathematically.

Maths Maestro Tricks Structure

1. Online e-learning modules

The tricks modules are located in their respective trick pages of the Maths Maestro website.

Tricks learning materials consist of a combination of light reading combined with voice narrated Flash based elearning modules. We encourage all learners to look at maths in different ways; learning maths does not have to be confined to text books or class rooms.

All modules are compact in size to provide you with a smooth learning experience while maintaining excellent viewing quality. You will have access to all the standard player features such as play, pause, rewind etc, so you can adjust the learning pace to your liking.

2. PDF practice questions and solutions

All trick modules are followed up by paper-based practice questions. We combine modern teaching methods with traditional pen and paper practice to help you truly master maths.

Some questions are even designed to really test your ability to apply the tricks and the techniques you have acquired to solve mathematical problems, training you up to become a better thinker and problem solver!

The trick modules can be purchased individually as well as special trick packages.

How it works

Once you have signed up and purchased a course, you will be given immediate access to your personal account using the username and password which you have specified.

From your My Account page, you can click on the course you have purchased which will take you straight to the course learning area.

This learning area will contain information and links to elearning Flash modules.

Follow the course in order from top to bottom.

Here is an example of the flash elearning module with all the standard player functions. When you have finished watching click "Exit activity" to return to the main page.

Subscription Period (Non-recurring)

The subscription period specified on each of our product course has been specially designed for all learners who meet the prerequisites we have stated to master the techniques. Most people should be able to master the techniques within this time. Maths Maestro does not automatically renew subscription, so once your subscription expires, it is up to you to purchase it again.

Accessibility

You will have 24/7 access to the course you purchased from any Internet-connected computer anywhere in the world, as long as the computer meets the system requirements stated below. These include home computers, laptops, computers at schools and universities, libraries and Internet Cafes, etc.

System Requirements

You will need a web browser with Flash plugin installed to view our Flash elearning modules. You will also need Acrobat Reader or another program that can read PDF files to access some questions, exercises and other paper-based learning assisting materials.

Flexibility

You will have unlimited access to the course you have purchased for the subscription period. The unlimited access allows you to access your course at anytime and pace your learning to fit your lifestyle. For example, if you are really busy and only have half an hour a day to spare, you can learn our courses part by part. You can even watch part of the learning module one day and complete the next part the following day or week. It is all up to you!

The unlimited access also means that you can rewatch the elearning modules over and over again til your hearts content! This will help clarify the part(s) that you might not necessarily understand the first time.
